The hotel could enhance the TV channels by including global news channels for a more diverse viewing experience.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel despite a few downsides. The room was cozy, but on the smaller side along with the bathroom, yet it was worth paying a bit more for it. The service was mostly good, although I did experience some inconvenience due to the unavailability of the manager, ramping up my stress levels as parking options were limited. The location was very convenient, allowing easy exploration of the city and access to various amenities. The location was perfect in downtown Phoenix, making it easy to explore the city and take the Light Rail into Tempe. However, the pitch of water coming out of the shower was an issue.
